We cannot be held responsible for power outages at your end, failure of your electronic equipment, nor a missed session due to confusion in time-zones. A refund/transfer will not be applicable in this case. 

If you do not turn up for the session on the given day, you will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Privacy Notice - We do not permit cameras or other filming or video/audio recording equipment to be used to capture audio/visual of the session  content in the Zoom room without prior permission.
